FAQS:
1. How is it structured? It's a 3 day program with an optional mobility day that can be performed on the weekend. I've created it this way so you can still train your lower body sessions during the week or go out for runs etc
2. How long does it last? It's a minimum 10-week plan, as advised by myself - though you can repeat weeks if you need to. Each session should last between 45-60mins in duration
3. Will it be too advanced for me? I believe not. The first phase starts off in a real beginner-friendly way, introducing you to the movements safely. As you progress through the plan - if there are any exercises you dont feel confident or comfortable with, you can simply replace them or not do them. This won't have a big detriment on your journey and overall success
4. Can I complete this alongside my usual training program? Of course! Which is why I designed the program to be just x3 days per week with an optional extra day for mobility. If you are injured, I advise to follow the plan - if you're looking to add these exercises into your training program to "bulletproof" your upper body then that can also be easily achieved too.
