    • Though, in order to progressively overload effectively, the gym would allow this

    2. How is it structured?

    • there is a comprehensive & progressive 6-week full body mobility program which you can either follow to the exact point or integrate it in to your current program
    • there are separate daily mobility sections for all key joints mentioned above
    • there are separate sport specific mobility + warm-up sections too

    3. How long does it last?

    • if you're consistent, the full body mobility program is 6-weeks
    • the other sections you can perform them for however long you wish

    4. Will it be too advanced for me?

    • if you are very brand new to exercise, health & all things fitness - then maybe, but the guide still has an incredible amount of value & beginner exercises included which coach you through how to perform

    5. Can I complete this alongside my usual training program?

    • Of course!!!
