The program is designed to fit into your training schedule and can be completed at your own pace. Most athletes see noticeable improvements in 6-8 weeks, but results will depend on consistency.
❓ Do I need gym equipment?
Very minimal equipment needed: resistance bands, foam roller, DB’s or KB’s but these can be swapped out for heavy objects. You can follow it anywhere.
❓ Is this just for injured athletes?
Not at all. This program is just as effective for injury prevention as it is for recovery. Whether you're rehabbing an issue or looking to future-proof your body, this is the plan for you.
